François Galea

François holds a Master II in Business Law and an M.B.A. in Management (University Paris II Panthéon-Assas) as well as an M.Sc. in Finance (Trinity College Dublin). After having practiced in Parisian business firms, he joined Joffe & Associé in June 2022.

Specialized in business law, François acts on behalf of managers and investors in the context of equity transactions (bridge and financing rounds for start-ups, M&A or LBO and restructuring of corporate groups).
