MAENA KHALED

Maëna Khaled advises on corporate and individual tax matters. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation (University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). She assists companies in the management of their day-to-day issues (management of their tax burden, reporting obligations), as well as in exceptional cases (mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and refinancing), and in the context of tax audits. She also assists individuals in the management and transmission of their assets.

Before joining Joffe & Associés, Maëna worked for almost 5 years at EY Société d’Avocats. She also worked for the listed real estate investment company Klépierre.
