MATHILDE VASSEUR

Mathilde advises and assists the firm’s clients in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, in LBO and private equity transactions. In this capacity, she provides her expertise in mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, and the structuring or reorganisation of groups of companies. She advises French and foreign companies.

Mathilde graduated from the Grande Ecole programme of EDHEC Business School and holds a Master I in Business Law with a specialisation in Corporate Law (Jean Moulin University – Lyon III) and a Master II in Business Law (Catholic University of Lille).

Before joining Joffe & Associés in July 2022, Mathilde worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges as an associate and advised numerous investment funds and companies, in particular in the context of company acquisitions and fundraising.
