Oriana Castelli

Oriana’s practice focuses on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions (small and mid-cap LBOs and venture capital).
She advises a wide range of French and international clients, both listed and unlisted companies.

Admitted to the New York Bar in 2020 and to the Paris Bar in 2023, Oriana holds an LL.M. from New York University Law School, a Master 1 and a bilingual Master 2 in French and Common Law (MBDE) in Business Law from the University of Paris Nanterre, as well as a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate in January 2023, Oriana completed several internships with leading French and American law firms.
