The company also benefits from the support of its historical shareholders, <a href=\"https:\/\/sofiouest.com\/\">Sofiouest<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.entrepreneurinvest.com\/\">Entrepreneur Invest<\/a>, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zencap-am.fr\/\">Zencap Asset Management<\/a> providing the financing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThis transaction will enable the management team, led by Christophe Collet, to become the Group&#8217;s majority shareholder. The aim of this move is to accelerate Locala&#8217;s international expansion, particularly in strategic markets such as the United States, while strengthening its position in the location-based marketing market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The deal follows on from Locala&#8217;s sustained growth strategy, which has already seen it expand its activities in several regions.
