Founded in 2018, Thiqa specialises in digital solutions for voting, registered mail, digital signatures and archiving, and is now being sold by its founder, Fran\u00e7ois Thill, and its co-founder, Olivier Cl\u00e9mot.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Docaposte is seeking, through this move, to further strengthen its offering in the areas of consultancy, integration and operation of trusted digital solutions.
