The Independents, the international communications group, is acquiring CTZAR, a pioneering agency in social media marketing and influence. Joffe & Associ\u00e9s (Christophe Joffe, Mathilde Vasseur and Carla Ferron) advised Tsartup on the transaction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since its creation in 2017, The Independents has established itself as a major player by bringing together renowned agencies from around the world. The group focuses on strategy, creativity, events, public relations, data management and influence, and embodies excellence in its field. It brings together leaders such as Bureau Betak, K2, Karla Otto, Prodject, Lefty and The Qode.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Now a strategic and creative agency specializing in social media, content and influence, CTZAR has evolved from a private network of trendsetters in 2008, focused on word of mouth, into a company that puts brands at the heart of conversations so they can stand out among digital communities.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This combination gives CTZAR a global platform across 10 countries to strengthen its international presence, notably in Asia, the United States, the Middle East and several European countries. In addition, synergies with the group’s other agencies will make it possible to optimize client management and bring each agency’s expertise to bear in addressing challenges holistically, while taking into account the cultural specificities of each market.<\/p>\n
