Dany works with our clients on the structuring, creation, documentation and distribution of investment funds, regulated or not, open or closed, French or foreign, established in France, in Europe or offshore. Olivier advises institutional investors and asset managers on all aspects of financial regulation, and on their primary or secondary investments in funds or equity portfolios. He also represents clients in the context of financial regulation disputes.

Dany is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He graduated from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and Paris Dauphine University in Business Law and Financial Law as well as from Audencia Business School where he majored in Financial Strategy.
