TRAINEE SOLICITOR / PARALEGAL (London Office)

 

The firm

Joffe and Partners LLP is the London office of Joffe & Associés and is regulated by the SRA. We focus on commercial litigation, arbitration, and cross-border transactional work, as well as IP, IT, employment and corporate matters. Our clients include French and international corporations, tech companies, and high net worth individuals. The successful candidate will work closely with the managing partner, a solicitor, advocate, and French avocat, providing a unique opportunity for direct experience in international commercial law.

The job

  • Full-time training contract or paralegal position (depending on profile)
  • Start date: 4 November 2024
  • Application deadline: 24 October 2024
  • Opportunity to progress from paralegal to trainee solicitor
  • Salary: Based on experience
  • Working hours: 9.00am-5.30pm
  • Holidays: 30 days per year + bank holidays

The ideal candidate

  • Must hold LLB/GDL
  • LPC/SQE or equivalent is a plus
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Motivated, dynamic, and eager to learn
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
