Corporate – M&A – Private equity
The corporate department advises its clients on mergers-acquisitions, sales, capital partnerships, structuring and restructuring in the implantation, integration and development projects of companies and large groups, private equity transactions (risk capital, development capital), acquisition optimization mechanisms (LBO/MBO/OBO), shareholder agreements, capital markets and listings (IPO), public offers, financing/refinancing, legal audits.
The department also acts in the day-to-day operation and governance (support and assistance in the follow-up of the legal secretariat), legal support (general company law, securities regulations), drafting company documents (company creation, general meetings, account approval, change of directors or head offices, etc.), legal monitoring (statutory, regulatory, case law).
