Employment

The Firm’s Employment department provides both advisory and litigation services. It acts on all aspects of employment law: individual working relationships, relationships with staff representation bodies, group negotiations, reorganisation, health and safety at work, pay and benefits, employee saving plans and share ownership, social security, international mobility, criminal employment law, etc.

The integration of this department into a commercial law firm that handles all the issues faced by a company favours communication with the other departments and enables cases to be handled using a cross-functional approach. Our specifications in terms of quality, communication, receptiveness and responsiveness place us close to both the strategic and day-to-day HR management concerns of our clients.

The Employment department also offers regular training to its clients, in line with the educational and prevention policies recommended by the firm.
