Alexane joined Joffe & Associés’ Employment and Labour Law department in January 2025 as part of her final internship.

She advises and represents the firm’s clients on all aspects of employment and labour law, both in advisory and litigation matters, covering individual and collective employment relations. Her practice notably focuses on issues relating to labour law and social security law, industrial relations, and human resources management.

Alexane holds a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Employment Law and Human Resources Management from Paris Nanterre University, as well as a University Diploma in Sports Law. She gained experience in law firms and companies before joining Joffe & Associés as an associate in July 2025.
