Public and Regulatory
The public and regulatory department regularly advises private operators, national public Institutions, local authorities and public and parapublic structures. Providing advisory and litigation services, it acts in all areas of public commercial law (government contracts such as procurement, PSD, PPPs, public agreements and other complex structures; a variety of inter-communal projects; town planning; public competition law; infrastructure financing), specialising in the public transport sector (advising the major French institutional actors; infrastructure management and upgrading; rail and road transport; air travel/aeronautics).
As regards public procurement, the department advises on the preparation of the documentation, the conclusion of the contract and its performance.
The department also handles town planning and building law (planning applications, planning documentation, public enquiries, impact studies, assistance on restructuring, sale or merger projects: legal audit of environmental documentation).
