Notre équipe de droit social intervient dans tous les domaines du droit du travail, en conseil et en contentieux, notamment en matière de relations individuelles de travail, relations avec les institutions représentatives du personnel, négociations collectives, réorganisations, santé et sécurité au travail, rémunérations et avantages sociaux, épargne et actionnariat salarial, sécurité sociale, mobilité internationale et droit pénal du travail.
Nos exigences en termes de qualité, de communication, d’écoute et de réactivité nous permettent de nous placer au plus proche des préoccupations à la fois stratégiques et de gestion courante des ressources humaines de nos clients.
Nous proposons par ailleurs régulièrement des formations à nos clients, en ligne avec la démarche pédagogique et préventive que le cabinet préconise.
