Alexia Guyot

Alexia‘s practice focuses on corporate law, she advises and assists the firm’s clients in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She advises French and foreign companies.

Alexia graduated from the Grande Ecole programme of emlyon business school and holds a Master II in Business Law (Jean Moulin University – Lyon III).

Before joining Joffe & Associés in September 2023, Alexia trained in different law firms and in the legal departement of publicly-traded group.
