Pavlos Petrovas

Member of the California Bar, Pavlos heads our Los Angeles, California office. He advises and assists the firm’s clients in Europe (particularly in France) and the United States on all of their business law issues, particularly with respect to their move to the United States, whether it involves the creation or structuring of companies, the international transfer of employees, or the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.

Pavlos also specializes in arbitration and cross-border litigation, which he practices with the support of the Paris and London offices.

Pavlos currently represents J&A’s clients in various sectors, including energy, military, video games, construction, shipping, sports, luxury goods, telecommunications, retail and financial services.
