RUDY DIAMANT
Associate
Rudy advises companies, investment funds and senior executives on equity transactions (venture capital, development capital, LBOs), disposals, acquisitions and private equity.
Rudy holds a Master I in Business Law (Université Paris-Nanterre) and a Master II in European Market and Regulatory Law (Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas), and joined the firm in January 2021.
After completing internships with French and international law firms (Ayache, Squire Patton Boggs, Sekri Valentin Zerrouk), Rudy joined the firm in January 2021 as part of the law school before starting a collaboration within the Corporate team.
