Charlotte advises French and foreign companies, as well as managers, on all corporate law issues. She regularly advises investment funds (small and mid cap), start-ups, founders and business angels in various sectors, notably the digital economy.
Holder of a Master I and a Master II in Business Law and Financial Engineering from Jean Moulin University – Lyon III, she has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014.
