Quentin‘s practice focuses on corporate law, he advises and assists the firm’s clients in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He advises French and foreign companies.
Quentin graduated from the Grande Ecole programme of EDHEC business school and holds a Master II in Law with a major in Business Law from the University Catholique of Lille.
Before joining Joffe & Associés in October 2026 as an associate, Quentin completed several internships at French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, as well as at a leading investment fund.
