Amanda Dubarry advises and assists the firm’s French and international clients in all areas of new technology law, personal data law and intellectual property law. She advises clients on compliance with the Data Protection Act, IT contracts, cybersecurity, etc., as well as on litigation (press law, Internet litigation, counterfeiting, etc.).
Amanda Dubarry holds a Master II in “International Law” and a Master II in “International Relations and Security Policy” from the University of Toulouse I Capitole and Sciences Po Toulouse.
Before joining Joffe & Associés, Amanda worked for five years as an associate in a leading digital law firm.
