Antoine completed a double degree in management at Paris Dauphine and in law at Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, then began his professional career in management control in France and Brazil. After several years of practice in financial management and consulting, he decided to take the bar exam and completed his internship at Joffe & Associé, which he joined in January 2016.
Interested in a wide range of business law practices, Antoine is involved in a variety of private equity, group restructuring and corporate acquisition transactions.
