She advises listed and unlisted companies on corporate law, securities law, and private equity and M&A transactions.
Charlotte is a graduate of Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, Oxford University (Diploma in Legal Studies) and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2024.
