CLEMENCE BRESSOLIN

Clémence’s practice focuses on corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions and private equity, in LBO and development capital transactions. In this capacity, she provides her expertise in mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, structuring and reorganisation of groups of companies. She advises French and foreign companies.

Clémence holds a Master I, a Master II in Business Law and a University Diploma in Corporate Law in Difficulty (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne). She trained in various Parisian law firms. She joined Joffe & Associés in January 2022 as part of the law school before starting to work in the Corporate team.
