Clémence BESTARD

A graduate of the Master II Arbitration and International Trade Law program at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as the “Collège Supérieur de Droit” University Diploma from Université Toulouse Capitole, Clémence joined the litigation and international arbitration team in 2023.

She advises and supports the firm’s clients in all areas of business litigation (commercial contracts, unfair competition, liability, corporate litigation, etc.).

Before joining Joffe & Associés, Clémence trained with French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, as well as with the International Commercial Chamber at the Paris Court of Appeal (CCIP-CA).
