Océanne’s practice focuses on corporate law, she advises and assists the firm’s clients in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She advises French and foreign companies.
As a graduate of EDHEC Business School’s Grande Ecole program and holder of a Master 2 in Law with a major in Business Law from the University Catholique of Lille, Océanne joined the Paris Bar School in January 2024 in parallel with her double degree.
Before joining Joffe & Associés in July 2025 as an associate, Océanne completed several internships with French law firms and worked alongside entrepreneurs on their legal issues.
