Remi practice in Corporate Law where he is dealing with founders, investment fund on Private Equity (venture capital, growth capital, LBO…), and M&A operations. He is advising french and foreign companies.
He is graduated with a Master degree in Corporate Law and in Corporate Litigation from Paris X Nanterre University. He joined the firm as Junior Associate in september 2023.
Before joining us, he has done several internship in French law firms and French publicly-traded company in Shanghaï.
