Camille Malbezin is involved in private equity (seed, venture and development capital), mergers and acquisitions, LBOs/MBOs, capital partnerships, structuring and restructuring in the context of projects to set up, merge and develop companies and large groups. She has developed significant experience in fundraising, bringing her efficiency and expertise to the team.
She assists start-ups in various sectors, notably the digital economy, investment funds (small and mid cap), very small companies, SMEs and large national and international groups, as well as their management teams, with various types of transactions in the context of structuring their development operations, negotiating and managing their projects. Camille also advises on day-to-day operations and governance, corporate law and legal audits.
Camille completed her law degree at Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and graduated from the Master 2 in Corporate Law (Paris-Dauphine University) and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012.
