Charlotte advises French and international clients on issues relating to intellectual property (trademarks, domain names, designs, copyright), unfair competition and parasitism, both as counsel and in litigation.

Charlotte holds a Master 1 in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master 2 in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Prior to joining Joffe & Associés, Charlotte trained with a number of law firms, the French broadcasting regulator and the legal department of a leading luxury goods group.
