Charlotte GAUVIN

Charlotte Gauvin practices intellectual property law (copyright, trademark, design law), new technology law and commercial law, both as counsel and in litigation.

Charlotte assists clients in France and internationally, mainly in the fields of commercial law, consumer law and media and communications law.

Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in business law from the University of Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in intellectual property law from the University of Assas.

Before joining Joffe & Associés, Charlotte trained in several law firms, in the French media regulatory authority and the legal department of a leading luxury group.
