Samir specialises in general business litigation (commercial, liability, distribution, shareholder disputes). He has also developed a particular expertise, both in an advisory capacity and as a litigator, in Real Estate and Construction law, which has seen him act for land corporations and institutional property developers in the implementation of their real estate projects, from conception through to sale.
