Véronique DAHAN

Véronique Dahan advises and litigates on all matters relating to intellectual property: trademarks, domain names, copyright, artificial intelligence, software, designs, patents, databases and customs seizures. We also act on related issues of image rights and unfair competition/parasitism.

She has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating all contracts relating to intellectual property, particularly in the luxury goods and communications sectors (licences, assignments, franchises, coexistence agreements, transfer of know-how, pledges, trusts, NFTs, metaverse, etc.).

She also advises on digital marketing issues, including muse and influencer contracts, clearance of rights, validation of marketing campaigns (particularly with regard to greenwashing) and e-reputation issues.
