COUNSEL
Océane’s practice focuses on corporate law, with a particular emphasis on mergers & acquisitions and private equity in LBO and expansion capital transactions. She assists the firm’s clients with fund-raising, mergers and acquisitions, and the structuring and reorganization of corporate groups. She advises French and foreign companies from her office in Aix-en-Provence.
Holder of a Master I in Business Law and a Master II in Corporate Engineering / DJCE (Aix-Marseille University), as well as a Specialized Master in International Law and Management (ESCP EUROPE), Océane joined the firm in December 2013.
