The firm’s corporate law team is made up of lawyers specializing in (i) mergers & acquisitions, divestments, capital partnerships, structuring and restructuring as part of projects to set up, merge and develop companies and major groups, (ii) private equity (venture capital, development capital), acquisition optimization mechanisms (LBO/MBO/OBO), shareholders’ agreements, capital markets, (iii) initial public offerings (IPOs) or public offerings, (iv) financing/refinancing, or (v) legal audits.

Our “Corporate, M&A, Private Equity” activity is carried out in close collaboration with the firm’s other teams (VDD, due diligence, merger control, structuring and the social and tax consequences of our operations, etc.).

The team is also involved in day-to-day or governance issues (assistance with legal secretarial support), legal support (general corporate law, stock market law), drafting corporate documents (company formations, shareholders’ meetings, approval of accounts, changes of directors or registered office, etc.), and legal watch (legal, regulatory, case law).
