Joffe & Associés, advisers to Pontine Groupe, announces the sale to Société de la Tour Eiffel of an office property complex situated at 10 Boulevard de la Bastille in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.
The property complex was sold following the move-in of Team To, an independent French production company and television and film animation studio, under a fixed-term lease of nine years.
The property, formerly occupied by the contemporary art centre ‘La Maison Rouge’, has been fully refurbished to meet the needs of its new occupants and staff in terms of comfort and flexibility, and meets all the requirements of a recognised player in animation technology.
Pontine Groupe was supported throughout these restructuring, extension and change-of-use operations by its subsidiary Active Promotion, acting as delegated project manager, and by Joffe & Associés, which assisted with all legal matters (land acquisition, town planning, construction, commercial leases, taxation and the sale upon completion of the project).
