JOFFE & ASSOCIÉS ADVISES IKON CAPITAL ON THE ACQUISITION OF TECH3 MOTOGP

Joffe & Associés advised IKON Capital on its acquisition of Tech3 MotoGP, the French racing team competing in the MotoGP World Championship, the first class of motorcycle Grand Prix racing.

IKON Capital participated in the transaction alongside a consortium of leading sports industry investors, including Bolt Ventures and Main Street Advisors.

The transaction represents one of the most significant investments in international motorcycle racing since Liberty Media’s acquisition of MotoGP.

Working alongside the international legal advisers on the transaction, including Northridge Law, Joffe & Associés advised IKON Capital on all French law aspects of the acquisition.
