Joffe & Associés advised the shareholders of Emulsion, a high-end distributor of tableware, kitchen equipment and furniture, on its acquisition by Corail Partners, a vehicle led by Titaïna Bodin and Jade Nguyen.
Emulsion supplies coffee shops, hotels and restaurants, and advises its clients on all their creation, renovation and expansion projects, as well as on their recurring stock replenishment needs.
With a team of more than 15 employees and 700 active clients, Emulsion draws on solid experience gained working with several European manufacturers and Parisian distributors. Its expertise is organised around three main areas: dining room, kitchen, and indoor and outdoor furniture.
