Sectors

Sport

Our first-rate experience in the sports sector is a long-term one. We support federations, leagues, organizers, sponsors, athletes and sports agents in all their legal issues, both as advisors and litigators. Our in-depth knowledge of the sector enables us to deal with both economic and commercial issues (media rights, sponsorship, ticketing, equipment) and purely organizational aspects (structuring and spinning-off of activities, territorial organization, provision of infrastructure).

Our practice in the fields of information, media, press and advertising is widely recognized.

We advise major advertising agencies, press publishers, radio and TV operators, content providers and audiovisual producers. We also have a strong presence in the leisure and tourism sector, assisting travel agencies, tour operators, sports clubs, catering companies and online game organizers.

The convergence of our skills in sports law, competition law and audiovisual law enables us to provide our clients with the most effective support, both in consulting and litigation, in matters relating to “sportainment”, and in particular the marketing of media rights to major sporting events.
