The Real Estate department specialises in complex real estate structures, off-plan sales transactions, property development, commercial leases, public and private assets of EPICs (French public institutions).

 

The department also advises on construction-related issues (architect contracts, ACA, MOD contracts, public and private procurements, preventive actions, constructor guarantees/insurance).

The Firm’s Employment department provides both advisory and litigation services.
