After advising on their first €10 million financing round in 2019, Joffe & Associés supported private equity firm Jolt Capital on the sale of EfficientIP to Francisco Partners.

 

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Paris, EfficientIP is a software company specialising in the management and security of network infrastructures. Its DDI (DNS, DHCP and IP address management) platform enables companies to automate network administration, improve performance and enhance cybersecurity through advanced DNS security features, while ensuring greater service availability and an optimised user experience.

 

Driven by digital transformation and the growing need for high-performance and secure network infrastructures, EfficientIP has achieved strong growth in recent years. The company now supports more than 1,500 customers worldwide across a range of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, energy, retail and the public sector. With a team of approximately 220 employees, EfficientIP has an international presence, with offices across Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

 

This transaction constitutes the fourth exit completed by Jolt Capital in eighteen months and demonstrates its ability to support the growth of European deeptech champions.

JOFFE & ASSOCIÉS ADVISES AXELEO CAPITAL AND TERNEL ON GREENBUDDY’S FUNDRAISING ROUND

Joffe & Associés advised investors Axeleo Capital and Ternel on the €7.5 million fundraising completed by GreenBuddy, a French software-as-a-service (SaaS) company specialising in reducing the environmental footprint of digital technology.

 

Founded in 2021, GreenBuddy helps organizations understand, measure and reduce the environmental impact of their IT usage.

 

Through its SaaS platform, GreenBuddy enables organizations to:

 

  • Measure their digital environmental footprint, including their carbon footprint;
  • Identify the main sources of environmental impact across their IT infrastructure, applications, devices and employees’ digital usage;
  • Define and manage an environmental impact reduction roadmap through tailored recommendations;
  • Raise employees’ awareness of digital sustainability best practices.
